Bugs, corrections, gear suggestions and awkward questions all land in the same inbox. Give it a day or two.
- App feedback and bugs: the fastest route is the feedback form inside Stops & Stays (Settings → Feedback), which attaches the version details a fix needs.
- Everything else: email hello@vanlifestuff.co.uk: gear suggestions, partnership enquiries, or telling us a lay-by we recommended has sprouted a height barrier.
Field note
The most useful email we get: a parkup or service point that has changed on the ground. New height barrier, new charge, new tap. Two lines and a location is plenty.
